Who we are

QuartzBot is a product of HJB CodeForge, a sole proprietorship based in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Reach us at support@hjbcodeforge.com.

What we collect

• Account data: your email address and a hashed password (handled by Supabase Auth).
• Knowledge content: the documents, URLs, and text you upload to train your bot.
• Chat logs: messages sent to your bot and the bot's responses, so you can review them in your dashboard.
• Billing metadata: subscription status and Stripe customer ID. We never see or store your card number.

How we use it

Your knowledge content is used solely to power your own bot's responses. We do not use it to train any general AI model. Chat messages are processed by our language-model provider (OpenRouter) only for the purpose of generating a reply.

Your rights

You can export or delete your data at any time from your dashboard, or by emailing support@hjbcodeforge.com.

Supabase (auth, database, storage), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (billing), and OpenRouter (language-model inference).
