Terms of Service

1. The service

QuartzBot provides an AI-powered chatbot platform that answers questions based on content you upload. It is operated by HJB CodeForge (Ottawa, Ontario, Canada).

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.

3. Your content

You keep full ownership of everything you upload. You grant QuartzBot a limited licence to process that content solely to operate your bot. You must have the right to use the content you upload, and it must not violate any law or any third party's rights.

4. Acceptable use

• No illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
• No attempts to reverse-engineer or disrupt the service.
• No scraping, reselling, or sub-licensing the service without written consent.

5. Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis via Stripe. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; your plan remains active until the end of the billing period.

6. Disclaimer

QuartzBot is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep the service reliable and accurate, but AI-generated responses may sometimes be incomplete or incorrect — please review the responses your bot gives to customers.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before taking effect.
